Please make sure your Windows VPS has the most recent critical security update by performing a Windows Update

If it's already affected, the best way to resolve this is to rebuild the VPS with a Windows Server 2012 template and then apply Windows Update immediately after finish rebuilding. You can initiate the rebuild from the Service Details and click on your service.
